Shipping Schedules

All orders that are received before 2:30pm will processed and shipped the same day. All orders received after that time will be dispatched the following working day. Ordered items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We provide two shipping methods to the UK mainland: our UK free shipping service that takes around 2-3 working days or our priority courier shipping that is usually next working day.

Shipping Services

UK mainland orders will be dispatched using either FedEx UK (residential), UPS(business) or UK Royal Mail. All items are securely packaged and are fully insured by us. In the event of lost or damaged items it is we, not you, who bear the responsibility for sorting things out and getting the situation resolved as soon as possible.

Priority Shipping Option

Orders received before 2:00pm that have selected Priority Shipping will be placed on a Next Day Service. This service covers UK mainland only and excludes UK islands and some areas of the Scottish Highlands. Please note that Next Day Delivery excludes weekends, all public holidays and any courier/carrier strike dates.

Shipping to Ireland & the rest of Europe

We offer very competitive courier prices to the Republic of Ireland and also to mainland Europe. With our Interlink Express (Ireland)Courier facility we can usually get your order to Ireland addresses within 48 hours and the rest of Europe (UPS) within 2 to 4 days. Express Worldwide Shipping

We can ship our products to almost every country in the world. We have secured highly competitive shipping rates from UPS to the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and beyond. Shipping to these destinations can take place in under ten days from the time of order. All orders are sent using secure, tracked and insured courier services and will require a signature upon delivery. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the product you order.

If your order arrives with you damaged or the items are faulty we will arrange to have your order collected and a replacment delivered as soon as possible. All orders, large and small are covered by this policy. Any damaged items must be reported immediately.

If you change your mind...

For up to 30 days after your original purchase you are welcome to change your mind and return the goods to us for a refund or exchange. Under these circumstances you will be required to return the goods to us in the same condition they arrived in.

Returns Procedure & Instructions

If you have simply changed your mind and are returning your set for for a refund or exchange please follow the below instructions.

Packaging

Your set must be new, unused and remain in ALL of the original packaging. This includes the outer brown card carton. If this is missing it is vital that another suitable card carton is used to transport the product back safely. Any branded inner packaging must be complete and remain in perfect condition. Products that are sent back in their inner packaging only are highly likely to become damaged which will complicate and delay the return and refund.

The inner packaging must remain clean and not be covered in parcel tape. (We do need to be able to re sell the product again). Please ensure a suitable outer carton is used (ideally the original one). If your chess board had corner protectors on when it arrived. Please ensure these are retained and re used.

Remember to include...

Remember to include your name, address, phone number and ideally the order number too. As long as we have something to identify the order as having come from you, we can refund you easily. A copy of your packing slip is ideal.

How to send it

We would advise using parcel force which can be accessed from your local post office. Or a home collection courier service can be accessed from https://uk.interparcel.com which offers very competitive rates. You must insure the parcel for it's journey back to us. It is your responsibility to ensure your item reaches us in good condition. Please see above for packaging requirements.

How long will the refund take?

The refund will typically be processed 2-6 days after we receive the returned item in good, unused condition.

What if I want to exchange it for another product?

If you have decided to buy something else then please return for a refund first. You can then simply re order the new item a fresh.

How long do I have to return the set?

You have 30 days from the day you receive the set to return it.
