The Monarch chessmen in ebony & boxwood by The Regency Chess Company. These large, luxury chess pieces feature Bridled knights and distinctively wide bases. The set itself is unquestionably Staunton in design with a handful of adapted elements that make this set unique. The Queen is probably the most obvious, with her rather convex 'water drop' crown and tapered shank.
