Contemporary Ebonised Boxwood Chess Pieces

The Contemporary series chessmen by The Regency Chess Company are a very understated yet elegant set of pieces that have been crafted to an exceptionally high standard. They pay tribute to the Staunton design but have very simple form. Each piece is weighted for perfect balance and has a felted base. The pieces are made from boxwood, the black pieces have been ebonised and look convincingly like real ebony. A lovely design and a lovely set of chess pieces.
